U.S. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more within the continental United States. Standard orders ship via USPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

During holidays and other high-volume periods, please allow an additional 1–3 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will begin processing the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Weekend delivery is not available for Standard, Expedited, or Overnight shipping.

Free Shipping Terms

To qualify for free standard shipping:

• Your merchandise subtotal must be $50 or more after discounts.
• Taxes, shipping, and handling fees do not count toward the $50 minimum.
• Previous purchases are not eligible for shipping price adjustments.
• For orders shipping to multiple addresses, each address must receive at least $50 in merchandise to qualify.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Should a package become lost in transit, our Customer Support team will assist you in working with the carrier. Once tracking confirms delivery, ST33LE is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from the delivery address.

Canada Shipping

We offer $10 Standard UPS shipping to Canada, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days after processing.

The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees. These charges are not included in the order total and will not be covered or reimbursed by ST33LE.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
